When you think about your strengths, do they fall into a traditional gender role? For example: as a female, I am not great at cooking, gardening or sewing. And I know plenty of men who aren't handy or are able to work on car repairs. Don't let that define you or your strenghts! We bring value in a lot of ways that may not be traditionally thought of.
